Constellation is the client portal and booking platform for Kosmic Edge LLC — powering Horizon (KE Marketing) and James Wick Photography. Clients book sessions, shoots and consultations, manage their bookings and documents, and pay invoices; our team schedules and coordinates it all from one place.

How Constellation uses your Google data
Signing in with Google and connecting a Google Calendar are optional and used only to run bookings. We request the minimum access needed:
- Google profile & email
- To sign you in and identify your account. We never see your Google password.
- Google Calendar (view & edit events)
- For team members who connect a calendar: to read free/busy times so we only offer times you're actually available, to add confirmed bookings to your calendar, and to create Google Meet links for online meetings. We only read availability and manage booking-related events.
Constellation's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell this data or use it for advertising. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. Questions? Email [email protected].
